NPORS Experienced Worker Tests in Post Rammers Successfully Delivered in Essex for Farm & Country Fencing
Tuppco recently delivered a highly successful round of NPORS Experienced Worker Tests (EWT) in post rammers for a team at Farm & Country Fencing, based in Essex. The training and assessment took place at the company’s yard, providing a familiar and practical environment for candidates to demonstrate their skills.
All Candidates Pass with Confidence
A total of six candidates undertook both the practical and theory elements of the NPORS assessment—and we’re pleased to report a 100% pass rate. Each participant demonstrated the knowledge, competence, and safety awareness required to meet NPORS standards.
By achieving their NPORS qualification, the team is now fully equipped to carry out post ramming operations safely, efficiently, and in line with industry best practices. This not only enhances on-site safety but also strengthens the company’s professional credibility and compliance.
Delivered by Expert Instructor Bertie Tupper
The tests were delivered by experienced NPORS instructor Bertie Tupper, whose background brings exceptional value to the training process. As a former fencing contractor himself, Bertie has extensive hands-on experience in the field.
Notably, Bertie also contributed to the development of the NPORS post rammer course, working alongside NPORS to help shape the training standards. His deep understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of fencing ensures candidates receive relevant, real-world instruction.
A Passion for Industry Standards Across the UK
Bertie has long maintained a strong interest in how fencing practices vary across different regions of the UK. This insight allows him to tailor training to reflect diverse working conditions and techniques, making the learning experience even more valuable for candidates.
