Tuppco recently delivered a highly successful round of NPORS Experienced Worker Tests (EWT) in Post Rammers for the team at Farm & Country Fencing in Essex.

The training and assessment took place at the company’s own yard, providing candidates with a familiar and practical environment to demonstrate their existing skills and knowledge.

By delivering the assessment on-site, candidates were able to work with equipment and in conditions they use every day, creating a highly relevant and effective learning experience while minimising disruption to normal operations.

A 100% Pass Rate for All Candidates

A total of six candidates completed both the practical and theory elements of the NPORS Experienced Worker Test, and we are delighted to report a 100% pass rate.
