TUPPCO, was established in 2014, based in the heart of the Cotswolds. The company started as a landscaping, estate management and fencing contracting company. With a wealth of knowledge, Bertie Tupper, company founder followed his father’s footsteps and became an approved LANTRA instructor. When Emma joined TUPPCO she brought another skill set and together, our synergy brings a diverse, friendly, dynamic approach to those more challenging issues in business.

We offer a free consultation where we undertake a needs assessment for our clients, their people and their environment. Emma will schedule an in-person visit or meet via Teams/Zoom to discuss and plan requirements and your needs.
PLAN
We create a programme based on relationship development, site suitability, risk mitigation, land preservation and up-to-date legislation.
DELIVER
We do not subscribe to `tick box’ services but instead run fully participatory options which meet all the legislative requirements.
MAINTAIN
We look beyond the norm and provide support and guidance to future-proof the safety of our customers, their property and environments. In this, we ensure repeat custom and establish long-term relationships based on trust.

Bertie Tupper
Company Founder
Bertie was born in Cheltenham and raised in the Cotswolds, he previously owned and ran a specialist estate management and maintenance contracting company and later decided to follow in his father’s footsteps to become a LANTRA instructor. Given over 15 years of experience in the construction, agricultural and landscaping sectors in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, the decision to expand TUPPCO was a natural progression and Bertie’s client and partner base rapidly grew, including some very high-profile clients. Bertie’s training expertise has been called upon to help design new courses such as the NPORS N041 Post Rammer. Bertie also oversees our national network of selected accredited instructors, co-ordinated by Emma
Emma Smith
Business & Creative Development Manager
Emma joined Bertie in TUPPCO initially to drive the Business Development, building and maintaining relationships with our partners, customers and new prospects. She leads our creative division and shares Bertie’s passion for country life and the outdoors; having spent most of her lifetime around farms and large country homes. She ran her own business for over 15 years and has worked across Europe and the USA with international brands and events including Team USA, London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, Nike & the European Outdoor Film Tour. Emma brings her warm, enthusiastic personality to the team, meeting with and developing customer relations, along with her creative skills to lead our TUPPCO Creative division and develop the brand.
