Tuppco was proud to deliver a successful Lantra ATV Sit-In training course at Rendcomb College, near Cirencester. This one-day course was designed for three experienced candidates, with a focus on refining their existing skills and ensuring they met the required standards for safe and effective ATV operation.

The training was led by Lantra-accredited instructor Bertie Tupper, who guided participants through both the practical and theoretical elements of the course. Throughout the day, the emphasis was placed on developing confidence, improving technique, and reinforcing best practices when operating all-terrain vehicles in challenging environments.

Building Confidence on Challenging Terrain

A key objective of the course was ensuring candidates could safely navigate difficult landscapes, including steep banks and uneven ground. These skills are essential for professionals working within estate management, land management, and other rural industries where ATV use is a regular part of daily operations.

Thanks to the candidates’ existing experience, the training could focus on fine-tuning their techniques, increasing safety awareness, and reinforcing efficient operating practices.

Alongside the hands-on training, participants completed a comprehensive theory session covering key areas such as:
