Tuppco Delivers Lantra ATV Sit-In Training at Rendcomb College

Tuppco was proud to deliver a successful Lantra ATV sit-in training course at Rendcomb College, located near Cirencester. This one-day course was tailored for three experienced candidates, focusing on refining their existing skills and ensuring they met the required standards for safe and effective ATV operation.

The training was led by Lantra-accredited instructor Bertie Tupper, who guided the candidates through both practical and theoretical elements of the course. A key focus of the day was ensuring participants had the necessary techniques and confidence to safely navigate challenging terrain, including sleep banks and uneven ground—essential skills for working in estate and land management environments.

Throughout the day, the candidates demonstrated strong prior experience, allowing the training to focus on precision, safety awareness, and best practice. The practical sessions were complemented by a thorough theory component, reinforcing knowledge around risk assessment, vehicle checks, and responsible ATV handling.

In addition to the training itself, the day provided an excellent opportunity to explore the extensive and well-managed grounds of Rendcomb College. The diverse landscape offered an ideal environment for realistic, hands-on learning, further enhancing the quality of the training experience.

All three candidates successfully passed both the practical and theory assessments, marking a productive and rewarding day for everyone involved.

Tuppco continues to deliver high-quality Lantra training courses across the UK, helping professionals maintain the skills and certifications needed to operate safely and efficiently in land-based industries.
