Hands-On Training with John Deere and Massey Ferguson Tractors

The refresher training used both a John Deere tractor and a Massey Ferguson tractor, giving candidates valuable hands-on experience with different machinery setups and controls.

Working with multiple tractor types helped reinforce operator confidence and ensured all candidates remained competent when switching between machines in the workplace.

Particular focus was placed on the safe attachment and operation of PTO equipment, as well as correct hitching procedures for both trailed and mounted implements. These are critical skills for reducing workplace accidents and ensuring machinery is operated safely and efficiently.
