FURTHER
INFORMATION

  • What are landscape tools?

Landscape tools are the hand-held machines used day to day for vegetation and site upkeep: hedge trimmers, grass trimmers, leaf blowers and leaf vacuums. Available in both battery and petrol versions, they let operators work quickly and precisely in tight spaces, on slopes and around obstacles where larger machinery can’t reach. They are found across landscaping, horticulture, agriculture and grounds maintenance, but used incorrectly they can be among the most hazardous machines in common use, which makes proper training essential.

Expert Training On Your Business Site

TUPPCO Training provides Lantra Landscape Tools Multi-tool training directly on your site, allowing learners to develop their skills using your own equipment and within your actual working environment.

Rather than training in a simulated environment, learners can practise with the hedge trimmers, grass trimmers, leaf blowers and vacuums they are required to operate as part of their daily role, whether battery powered, petrol powered or a mix of both. This ensures the training is practical, relevant, and tailored to the conditions and challenges your team encounters.

Our on-site approach allows training to be adapted to your specific site layout, terrain, equipment, and maintenance requirements. This may include hedgerows and boundaries, verges and slopes, uneven ground, landscaped and planted areas, confined spaces, public areas, sports grounds, estates, and other challenging working environments. Learners also cover fuel handling, battery care and routine maintenance on the machines they will actually use, so they leave able to keep your equipment in safe and efficient working order.
