Tuppco can deliver onsite training nationwide using venue and equipment supplied
The objective of the NPORS Remote Control Mower (N209) course with TUPPCO Training is to equip participants with the skills, confidence, and safety knowledge required to operate remote control mowing equipment correctly and safely in demanding working environments.
Understand the different types of remote control mowers, their components, and operator controls
Learn how to carry out pre-use checks, inspections, and required safety checks
Identify hazards, assess risks, and establish safe working zones during remote operations
Develop competence in remote manoeuvring, cutting operations, and terrain navigation
Practise safe operation on slopes, uneven ground, and challenging terrain
Learn correct shutdown procedures, cleaning, transportation, and storage of equipment
By the end of the course, learners will be confident and competent in operating NPORS-approved remote control mowers safely and efficiently, in line with industry best practice.
Upon successful completion of the NPORS Remote Control Mower (N209) course with TUPPCO Training, learners will receive a nationally recognised NPORS Operator Card (or NPORS/CPCS card, where applicable). This certification confirms that participants have developed the practical skills and safety knowledge required to operate remote control mowers effectively and responsibly across a range of working environments.
